Because so many different people and age groups use VUZ, we may remove videos of intense, graphic violence to make sure VUZ stays appropriate for everyone.

We understand that people often share this kind of content to condemn, raise awareness or educate. If you do share content for these reasons, we encourage you to caption your photo with a warning about graphic violence. Sharing graphic images for sadistic pleasure or to humiliate others is never allowed.

Be thoughtful when posting newsworthy events

We want VUZ to be an authentic and safe place for inspiration and expression

VUZ is not a place to support or praise terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups. Offering sexual services, buying or selling firearms and illegal or prescription drugs (even if it’s legal in your region) is also not allowed. Remember to always follow the law when offering to sell or buy other regulated goods. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real money games of skill or online lotteries must get our prior written permission before using any of our products.

We have zero tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual content involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others.

Follow the law

Each of us is an important part of the VUZ community. If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, please help us by using our built-in reporting option. We have a team that reviews these reports and works as quickly as possible to remove content that doesn’t meet our guidelines. Even if you or someone you know doesn’t have an VUZ account, you can still file a report. When you complete the report, try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, and descriptions of the content, so we can find and review it quickly. We may remove entire posts if either the imagery or associated captions violate our guidelines.

If someone has not violated any of our guidelines, but you’d still rather not see or hear them around, you will still be able to report a problem from profile settings. Please provide us an evidence that clearly describes a reason.

If you are an audio room host or moderator you can ban or remove users from the room entirely and they will no longer see or be able to re-enter the room. To do this, tap on the “Ban from room”, or “Remove from room”, confirm the reason, and the user will be expelled automatically.

These Terms of Use govern your use of VUZ and provide information about the VUZ Service, outlined below. When you create an VUZ account or use VUZ, you agree to these terms.

We agree to provide you with the VUZ Service. The Service includes all of the VUZ products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance VUZ's mission: To bring you closer to the people and things you love. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the VUZ community.

Providing a safe and open Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service.

These supplemental terms apply if you post or share any videos or other content containing music or copyright videos on any VUZ Products.

We want you to be able to enjoy videos posted by family and friends. However, if you use videos on our Products to create a music listening experience for yourself or for others, your videos will be blocked and your page, profile or group may be deleted. This includes Live.

If you post content that contains music owned by someone else, your content may be blocked, or may be reviewed by the applicable rights owner and removed if your use of that music is not properly authorized.

We want you to be able to share videos with your family and friends wherever they are, but any music in your video, if it is allowed at all, may not be available in all countries of the world.

People are different. We want to strengthen your relationships through shared experiences you actually care about. So we build systems that try to understand who and what you and others care about, and use that information to help you create, find, join, and share in experiences that matter to you. Part of that is highlighting content, Top happenings, features, offers, and accounts you might be interested in, and offering ways for you to experience VUZ, based on things you and others do on and off VUZ.

If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms (“claim”), and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of United Arab Emirates will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them, and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you have purchased a subscription to VUZ, you will be charged on a monthly basis to watch exclusive 360º Live videos of a specific channel. If you have purchased a subscription to on of the Live 360 Channels on VUZ, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. However, if you access the VUZ app within the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your purchase. The auto-renewable nature of the subscription to a channel is on a monthly basis for the specific 360 Live channel the user have subscribed to to watch all the 360 Lives under that channel.

If you have purchased a subscription to VUZ, you will be charged on a monthly basis to watch exclusive 360º Live videos of a specific channel. If you have purchased a subscription to on of the Live 360 Channels on VUZ, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. However, if you access the VUZ app within the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your purchase. The auto-renewable nature of the subscription to a channel is on a monthly basis for the specific 360 Live channel the user have subscribed to watch all the 360 Lives under that channel.

You may cancel your subscription to any channel on VUZ at any time via the mobile app. The termination shall have effect at the expiry of the then-current subscription period that you have already paid for the 1 month and you will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for (unless with the 14-day period and under the conditions described above).

You may cancel your subscription to any channel on VUZ at any time by sending STOP to 5493. The termination shall have effect at the expiry of the then-current subscription period that you have already paid for the 1 month and you will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for (unless with the 14-day period and under the conditions described above).

The content will be provided after subscription are 360° Live Event Broadcasts of top exclusive events and master classes.

We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive, including when we think they might need help. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior. We use all the information we have-including your information-to try to keep our platform secure. We also may share information about misuse or harmful content with other VUZ Companies or law enforcement. Learn more in the Data Policy.

Length of subscription of 360° Live Channels is Monthly with access to Live 360° Videos Under The Subscribed Channel or every 3 Months based on the Channel. Price of subscription differs based on each channel however currently channel subscriptions ranges between $2.49 and $10. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase VUZ reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service. If VUZ terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity, VUZ shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.

Length of subscription of 360° Live Channels is monthly, with access to Live 360° videos. Price of subscription is $15.00 per month. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Payment will be charged to mobile phone bill at confirmation of purchase. VUZ reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service. If VUZ terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity, VUZ shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our app, register on the app, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site/App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site/App anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site/App related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site/App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site/App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
