  By using VStream, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+, or the age of majority with parental consent to use the service.

• Account & Subscription

  • Subscription is month-to-month and auto-renews. Provide valid payment details and cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
  • Access allowed on authorized devices. Concurrent streams limited to a fixed number (e.g., 3).
  • Personal, non-commercial use only; no sharing beyond your household.

• Content License & Restrictions

  • VStream grants a limited, revocable license to access content via the platform.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content.
  • No circumvention of DRM, scraping, decompiling, or unauthorized use is allowed.

• User Content & Community Guidelines

  • If enabled, user submissions must comply with community standards.
  • No hate speech, defamation, deepfakes, or illegal content. VStream may remove violative content.

• Modification & Termination

  • VStream reserves the right to modify features, suspend service, or terminate accounts for any reason.
  • These Terms survive account termination.

• Disclaimer & Liability

  Service provided “as-is.” VStream disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the maximum allowed by law.

• Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify VStream for any claims arising from your use, breach of terms, or user content.

• Changes to Terms

  We may revise these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.
